When will I receive my item?
When we receive your order, you'll automatically get an email confirmation with all your order details. Orders placed before 2 PM (CET) are picked, printed, packed, and shipped the same day—no delays, no waiting around.
Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days with DHL Express once your poster ships. We print your poster fresh when you order (no old stock sitting in warehouses), so you're getting a piece that's made specifically for your walls with the best possible quality.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, always! You never pay extra for shipping on any poster, regardless of size or whether you add a frame. We believe the only thing between you and beautiful walls should be choosing the right piece—not worrying about shipping costs. Free shipping is included on every order, every time.
Can I order my poster with or without a frame?
Unframed: Your poster arrives ready to frame with your own choice of frame, giving you complete creative control over the final presentation.
Framed: Choose from handmade Italian wooden frames in natural wood, black, or white. The frame comes fully assembled with your poster already mounted—just hang it and enjoy. No additional assembly required, and shipping is still free.
Both options use the same museum-quality paper and printing process, so you're guaranteed the same exceptional quality regardless of which you choose.
Can I change or return my item?
Yes! If you want to change your poster to a different design, size, or frame color, just contact us immediately so we can reserve your new item before we start production.
You're also entitled to a full exchange or refund within 30 days after receiving your poster, as long as it hasn't been used or damaged. We want you to love what's on your walls, so if something isn't quite right, we'll make it right.
